Ray Luening, our Founder and CEO, launched LIRA CFO drawing on his 30+ years of experience and as Chief Financial Officer across both publicly traded and privately held organizations. His expertise spans financial management, strategic transformation, and international operations and finance in telecom, IT services, real estate, CPG, and transportation/logistics.

Central to Ray's approach is his proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, which informs strategic decisions and drives growth across industries. His track record includes successfully managing over 10 M&A transactions and leading due diligence, earnings assessments, and post-acquisition integration efforts. Ray has also excelled in capital raising from diverse sources, leveraging strategic acumen and financial modeling to secure funding for growth initiatives and strategic investments. His ability to align funding strategies with organizational goals positions companies for sustained success.

Ray's career highlights include leading financial transformations in a variety of technology and tech-enabled firms, enhancing profitability through strategic vision and analytical prowess. With degrees in Accountancy from The State University of New York, and Financial Economics from Brock University, Ray combines academic training with practical expertise to deliver measurable results and foster organizational success, specializing in strategic planning, financial analysis, and growth both domestically and internationally.
